180-Day Refund Guarantee

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Website projects and SEO work come with a written 180-day refund guarantee. For a website project, if your website brings no new patients or leads within 180 days of launch, you get a full refund. For SEO work, if it brings no new patients or leads within 180 days of the first SEO changes going live, you get a full refund. A lead is any contact form, phone call or booking that comes from your website. App projects are not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee is about new patients and leads. It does not cover search rankings or AI recommendations, which no one can promise.
