Dental website design for Miami
Clear fees, booking and practice details

WTM Studio builds websites for Miami dental practices, with online booking and page copy included. Based in Miramar, Florida, we serve practices nationwide. Start with a free homepage concept, then agree on a flat quote in writing.

See the direction first. Most sites launch in 2 to 4 weeks after approval.

Who builds dental websites for Miami practices?

WTM Studio offers dental website design and SEO for Miami practices. Founder Ray Hussain leads every project, and design and development stay in-house. You own the site, code, content and domain. For a local practice, start with a simple brief: which patients you serve, what they need to know and how they can reach your office.

Use this page to plan the project and review the terms. The dental service overview covers the broader offering. The Miami dental website essay discusses page planning for individual offices and groups.

Plan around your patients' language and access needs

Miami-Dade County data can inform the brief, but cannot tell you what every patient needs. The U.S. Census Bureau reports that 75.3% of residents age 5 and older spoke a language other than English at home in 2020 to 2024. Consider bilingual pages based on the languages your practice supports. That figure does not identify a single language or measure English ability. See the county QuickFacts.

The same source reports that 15.3% of residents under 65 lack health insurance. This is not a measure of dental coverage. Still, clear insurance and self-pay information is a sensible planning choice. State what your office accepts and how patients can ask about costs. Read the Census figures.

Make the mobile layout easy to read. Keep the phone option visible alongside booking, and ask your front desk which questions deserve a place on the page.

Connect booking to the way your office works

Choose the booking route before approving the page layout. Available connections include Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Calendly or WTM's own booking system. Decide which route fits your office, then check the full path from the page to the booking tool.

  • Label an appointment request as a request if staff still need to confirm it.
  • For each office, show the correct contact details and booking destination.
  • Keep a clear way to call when someone needs help before choosing an appointment.

Cherry financing has been connected on client websites. Your practice decides whether to offer it.

Review fees, claims and specialist titles

Florida's dental advertising law includes websites and social media. It bars false, misleading or deceptive claims, praise of the dentist and comparisons of service quality with other dental services. It also bars fee information without a disclaimer that the amount is a minimum fee only. Put fee disclaimers and claims on your review list, and confirm wording with your own counsel or the Board. Read section 466.019.

Specialist titles need a separate check. Section 466.0282 sets conditions for a Florida dentist to present themselves as a specialist. Ask counsel or the Board to confirm that a proposed title fits the dentist's credentials and the statute before publishing it. Read the specialty rules.

Patients can check a license through the Florida Department of Health license search. Consider including that link beside the dentist's credentials.

How WTM handles the build

Website projects cost $6,000 to $30,000 as of October 2026, as a one-time project. Only a custom CMS pushes a job toward the top of that range. Enterprise websites for brands with hundreds of locations and thousands of pages need a separate quote. Contact us for an enterprise quote or review website pricing.

After the free homepage concept, we agree on one flat quote in writing. Payment is 50% to start and 50% at launch. Copy is included, along with free hosting for life and one year of support after launch. There is no required retainer. Most sites launch 2 to 4 weeks after the design direction is approved.

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA and put that commitment in writing. We sign business associate agreements when a practice needs one. For a switch, we handle the domain, DNS and email move. The build can begin while you are still under contract with your current vendor.

Dental work and client-reported results

Dental clients include Pearl Dental Care.

An unnamed 9-location dental group received a new site, location pages and online booking. By the group's own account, month one brought 18+ new patients. Month two ran 17% above its usual monthly growth. These figures do not establish that the website caused the change. Read the group case study.

Northside Dental in Chicago received a 26-page rebuild. The practice reported 20%+ more new patients in month one: 57, compared with a prior average of 47. This is a client report, not a controlled test or evidence of website causation. View the Northside Dental project.

Read the refund promise before you commit

The written 180-day guarantee provides a full refund if the website brings no new patients or leads within 180 days of launch. A lead means any contact form, phone call or booking from the website. Read the guarantee and full terms.

For an SEO project, the same period starts when the first SEO changes go live. Search rankings and recommendations are outside the promise. The written guarantee covers websites and SEO, not apps. Client reports above do not predict what your practice will receive.

Fair questions, straight answers

Is WTM based in Miami?

The studio is based in Miramar, Florida, and works with dental practices across the country. This is our Miami page, and there is also a Weston dental page.

Can I change the website myself?

Yes, you can make your own edits or ask WTM to handle them. Ownership includes everything built for you, including the content and code.

Is ongoing dental SEO part of the build price?

Ongoing SEO needs its own project quote and is not automatically part of a website build. WTM also offers SEO for sites built by other providers.

Can you run paid ads for my dental office?

Dental paid ads are referred to other providers. WTM's dental services cover websites and SEO.

Should I choose a custom site or a platform?

Compare ownership, booking needs and the terms for leaving before choosing. The custom site and platform guide and dental website company comparison can help you frame those questions.

What should I gather before changing providers?

List who controls the domain, DNS and email, along with the pages and booking links you need to keep. Use the dental website switching guide to prepare for the move.

What should I send for the free homepage concept?

Share your current website if you have one, the offices the site should cover and the booking tool you use. Include the patient questions you most want the homepage to answer.
