Best Dental Website and SEO Agencies in 2026
WTM Studio ranks first by our scoring, but the best fit depends on your budget, scope and terms.
The short answer
Which dental website and SEO agency is best for your practice?
WTM Studio ranks first by our scoring, followed by TMN Creative and O360. The right choice depends on the buyer. WTM suits practices that want a custom site with a flat price and written refund, hosting and BAA terms. TMN Creative may suit a smaller budget. O360 may suit a practice that wants hosting, updates and support for a set monthly fee with no contract. We checked these firms on October 22, 2026.
Disclosure: WTM Studio wrote this post and is one of the firms ranked. We set the scoring rules and scored ourselves by the same rules. Check our sources and judge for yourself.
Why do written terms matter here?
Written terms help you see what a quote covers. A site price may leave out hosting or ongoing SEO. A claim that you own the content may cover less than full site ownership. Ask for the scope and costs in writing.
WTM Studio wrote this post and ranks itself first under the stated scoring method, with 20 out of 20 points. The criteria focus on written terms a buyer can check, which WTM also publishes, plus page checks and named dental roles. Readers should weigh that when they use this list.

How did we rank these firms?
Last checked October 22, 2026. Ray Hussain set the method and checked the scores.
Who we picked: firms that show up when buyers search for this service, and firms named in other published "best of" lists, in October 2026.
What we scored: each check is worth 0, 1 or 2 points.
- Price on its own site. 2 = a full price range or flat price for a website. 1 = a starting price or a monthly fee only. 0 = no website price found.
- Written refund guarantee. 2 = a written money-back or refund guarantee tied to results. 0 = none found.
- Hosting cost. 2 = hosting stated as free. 1 = a hosting or care fee stated with a price. 0 = hosting cost not stated.
- You own the site. 2 = says in writing the client owns the website. 1 = says the client owns part of it, such as content. 0 = not found.
- Signs a BAA. 2 = says it signs business associate agreements. 1 = mentions HIPAA without saying it signs a BAA. 0 = not found.
- Accessibility in writing. 2 = commits to a named WCAG level for client sites. 1 = mentions WCAG, ADA or an accessibility tool without that commitment. 0 = not found.
- Booking tools named. 2 = names the booking or practice software it connects. 1 = mentions online booking in general. 0 = not found.
- No long contract. 2 = says no required retainer or long contract. 1 = month to month after a set minimum. 0 = not stated, or a minimum of 12 months.
- Service page built for AI answers. Counts 4 checks: FAQPage schema, a dateModified date in the page code, at least one H2 asked as a question, and an llms.txt file. 2 = all 4. 1 = 2 or 3. 0 = 1 or none.
- Dentist and DSO operator involved. 2 = a dentist with DSO operating roles is named as part of the dental work. 0 = none named on the pages we checked.
What the method favors: these are written terms a buyer can check before signing. WTM Studio publishes all of them, which is why it scores well. Weigh that.
What we did not score: design quality, results, portfolio size and review counts. We could not check review sites the same way for every firm on the same day.
- "Not found" means we did not find it on the pages we checked. It does not mean the firm does not offer it. Ask them.
- Ties are listed in alphabetical order.
- If a firm sees a mistake, email ray@wtmstudio.agency with a link to the page that shows it, and we will fix it.
How should you use this list?
Use the table to compare the terms that matter to your practice. Read each firm's best fit and limits alongside its score. A missing statement means we did not find it on the pages we checked. It does not prove the firm cannot offer that term.
On each call, ask for the full build price, hosting fee, SEO scope and contract length. Ask what you own, whether the firm signs a BAA, what access standard it commits to and which booking tools it connects. Get any refund terms in writing.
