The short answer
Plan on one price, paid once.
A custom dental website redesign from WTM Studio typically costs $6,000 to $30,000, paid once. Where you land depends on the work: how many offices, how many page types, how booking works, how much content moves and what needs a redirect. New websites are quoted separately.
This is WTM’s general website redesign band. We do not name or price any other provider here.
What drives the price.
Item by item.
| Cost driver | What to define first | How a WTM build handles it |
|---|---|---|
| Number of offices | How many offices need a page, and which details differ by office. | Every office page comes from one shared template, fed by one record per office. |
| Page templates | Which kinds of page you need: home, services, doctors, insurance and offices. | Page types are agreed in scope before the quote. For scale, Northside Dental was a 26-page rebuild with seven service lines. |
| Booking paths | Where each book button goes, and which offices book by phone. | Each office’s book button opens that office’s schedule, or calls the office. Connections are agreed in scope, office by office. |
| Content | Who writes or supplies the words, photos, doctor bios and insurance details. | Northside was built from the practice’s own information. Agree in writing who supplies each piece. |
| Migration and redirects | Which old pages bring patients today, and where each old address should point. | Existing URLs and working inquiry paths get a transition plan. We agree who checks the launch. |
| Structured data | Which office details search engines should read. | Each office page carries its own block. It matches the page and the office’s Google Business Profile. |
| SEO and AI SEO | What search work you want after launch, if any. | Quoted separately. Ongoing SEO is not automatically included. |
A 9-location dental group · Group-reported results
A real group.
Two measured months.
18+new patients in month one.
We built a new website, location pages and online booking for a dental group with 9 locations, through our Patient Growth System. In month two, new patients ran 17% above the group’s usual monthly growth. We cannot share the group’s name.
Group-reported counts. This does not prove the website alone caused the increase, and it does not predict another group’s results.
See how we build for dental groupsIs there a separate price for dental websites?
No. The $6,000 to $30,000 band is WTM’s general band for website redesigns. The price moves with the work, not with the word dental. Our med spa cost guide uses the same band.
If you have no site today, a new website is quoted separately. We do not publish a band for new sites, so ask us for that quote in writing.
For scale, the Northside Dental case study shows a 26-page rebuild for one practice, with seven service lines, doctor profiles, insurance guidance and appointment requests. It shows what shaped the work, not what your project will cost.
What moves the price up or down?
Six things do most of the work. Each one adds pages, decisions or testing.
- Offices. More offices mean more pages and details. See DSO website design for groups.
- Page templates. Each page type needs its own design.
- Booking paths. Each book button must reach the right schedule. The dental mobile booking study shows why the phone path matters.
- Content. Agree who writes what before the quote.
- Migration and redirects. Old pages that bring patients need a new home. See our redesign without losing SEO checklist.
- Structured data. Office details in a form search engines read. See what schema markup is.
Ask any vendor to list each of these in the quote. If one is missing, ask for it in writing.
What is not in the build price?
SEO and AI SEO are quoted separately. Ongoing SEO is not automatically included. Whether any SEO work is part of the build depends on the scope we agree in writing.
A one-time build can still have ongoing costs. Domains, hosting or platform plans, paid integrations and future changes may be separate. Support after launch is agreed in writing, separate from the build. We do not publish fixed prices for these items, so ask for each one to be named in the proposal.
How does a one-time build compare with a monthly plan?
A monthly plan spreads cost over time. It may cover hosting, a platform, edits, support or the build itself. A one-time build is paid once, and ongoing services are chosen separately.
Paying monthly does not settle ownership. Paying once does not settle it either. Name the domain, content, design files and code in the agreement.
To compare fairly, add up the setup fee, every monthly payment and the term over the same period. Ask what happens to the site if you stop paying. Our monthly vs one-time guide walks through it. For a single practice, read our platform or custom dental website guide. For a group, read DSO platform vs custom build.
What should you ask before you sign?
- Is the price one time, or are there monthly fees?
- Which offices, page types and booking paths are in the quote?
- Who writes or supplies the content?
- Which old pages get redirects, and who checks them at launch?
- Is structured data included for each office?
- Is SEO in the price, or quoted separately?
- Who owns the design, code, content and domain?

What does a WTM dental build include?
WTM Studio builds custom websites for dental practices and groups. Founder Ray Hussain leads every project. A dental build is planned around:
- A page for each office. Each office page holds its address, phone, hours, services, team and directions.
- A booking path per office. Each book button opens that office’s schedule, or calls the office if it books by phone. Connections are agreed in scope, office by office.
- Structured data per office. Each office page carries its own block, matched to the page and the office’s Google Business Profile.
We start with a free homepage concept. Then we agree the scope and one flat quote. No required retainer. You own everything we build. Read our pricing and engagement terms, or see dental website design.
WTM Studio is based in Miramar, Florida, and builds nationwide.
