Med spa website design in Miami
Plan the pages and the booking steps together.

WTM Studio builds websites for Miami med spas, with booking connections and SEO handled in-house. Start with a free homepage concept. For your clinic, plan how English and Spanish readers will move from treatment details to an appointment, including any steps in your booking tool.

See the direction first. Most sites launch in 2 to 4 weeks after approval.

What should a Miami med spa website project cover?

A Miami med spa website project should cover treatment pages in English and Spanish, provider details clients can check, and the steps needed to book. Decide which languages your staff can support before setting expectations online. Include the booking tool in that plan, so readers know what happens after they leave a treatment page.

Use this page to plan the local scope. The main med spa service page covers the broader service, and the Miami website guide covers the general page structure. Here, start with the language choices and booking details your clinic needs to confirm.

Carry the language choice through to booking

The U.S. Census Bureau reports that 75.3% of Miami-Dade County residents age 5 and older spoke a language other than English at home in 2020 to 2024. That is a county figure for all other languages, not a Spanish-only share. It supports planning for more than English. English and Spanish treatment pages and booking flows are a practical starting point to discuss with your clinic. See Census QuickFacts for Miami-Dade County.

Choose the language scope before approving the site. Review the whole appointment path with someone at the clinic who can check both versions.

  • Keep the treatment details and appointment instructions consistent across languages.
  • Check the language of booking menus, form labels and confirmation messages.
  • If the booking tool cannot support the same language, explain the next step before the reader opens it.
  • Only offer help in Spanish if your team can provide it.

Decide where booking and payment steps belong

WTM connects booking to Boulevard, Mangomint, GlossGenius, Vagaro and Zenoti. Name the tool your clinic uses when discussing the website. Then decide which appointment choices belong in that tool and which instructions a reader needs before opening it.

Deposits and card holds are set up only through your booking tool. The website itself does not collect them. Review those steps alongside the English and Spanish instructions, including what a client sees before confirming an appointment.

Cherry financing can be connected to the site. WTM has connected Cherry on client websites; your clinic decides whether to offer it. If you choose to include financing, keep the explanation distinct from the appointment steps. A reader should be able to tell which link opens booking and which opens financing information.

Give clients provider details they can check

List each provider's name and license type so clients can check those details through the Florida Department of Health license verification site. The site lets anyone look up a health care license. Keep names and license types consistent on the English and Spanish versions of your pages.

Whether your med spa needs a clinic license is a question for your own counsel under Florida's Health Care Clinic Act. Ask them to review section 400.9905 and section 400.991. State facts such as the medical director's identity only if accurate.

Assign someone at the clinic to check provider details when staff change. Include both language versions in that review, so an updated English page does not leave an old name or role on the Spanish page.

The work shown here is in South Carolina

Back to 30, a Leon Capital Group brand, has four medical aesthetics clinics in Upstate South Carolina. Its rebuild spans 94 pages, with 44 treatment pages, four location pages and a 16-article education library. In Google PageSpeed Insights mobile tests of both homepages in July 2026, Performance went from 52 to 86 and Largest Contentful Paint from 15.4 s to 3.0 s. Lab scores vary run to run. Review the Back to 30 project to see the scope.

This is South Carolina work shown for a Miami project discussion. Use it to assess how a larger treatment menu and several locations can fit into a site. Your own scope should follow the services and locations you actually have, rather than copying another clinic's page count.

How WTM handles the project

WTM Studio is based in Miramar, Florida, and serves med spas nationwide. Founder Ray Hussain leads every project. Design, development, booking and SEO stay in-house; paid ads and social media are referred to other providers.

The project starts with a free homepage concept, followed by a flat quote agreed in writing. Page copy is included. Most sites launch 2 to 4 weeks after the design direction is approved. WTM builds to WCAG 2.2 AA and puts that commitment in writing. Business associate agreements, or BAAs, are signed when a practice needs one.

You own the site, code, content and domain. Hosting is free for life, with one year of support after launch. For nearby local pages, see Aventura, Pinecrest or website design in Miami.

Set the website budget and SEO scope separately

As of October 2026, WTM websites cost $6,000 to $30,000 as a one-time project. A custom CMS is the only factor that pushes a project toward the top of that range. For enterprise websites with hundreds of locations and thousands of pages, contact us for a quote.

Payment is split: 50% to start and 50% at launch. There is no required retainer. SEO is quoted per project, and ongoing SEO is not automatically part of a website build.

Before agreeing to the quote, settle the language scope, booking connection and editing needs. Read the med spa website cost guide and pricing page for more on the budget.

Fair questions, straight answers

Do we have to translate every page at launch?

Agree on which pages need English and Spanish versions as part of the scope. For any translated treatment page, also review the booking instructions and the language support your staff can offer.

Can we keep our current booking system?

WTM connects Boulevard, Mangomint, GlossGenius, Vagaro and Zenoti. Include the name of your current system when requesting the homepage concept so it is part of the project discussion.

Do we have to offer Cherry financing?

No. Offering patient financing is your clinic's choice; a Cherry connection is available if you choose to include it.

What does the website refund guarantee cover?

The written guarantee offers a full refund if the website brings no new patients or leads within 180 days of launch. A lead means a contact form, phone call or booking from the website. Read the 180-day guarantee for the full wording.

Can we hire WTM for SEO on our existing site?

Yes, SEO projects can cover a site built by another company. The work receives its own project quote.

Who can make changes after launch?

Your team can edit the website directly or ask WTM to make changes. Decide who will keep both language versions current as you plan the project.

Can work begin while we are under contract elsewhere?

Yes, the new site can be built while your current vendor contract is still active. WTM handles the move of your domain, DNS and email.

Does the guarantee also apply to SEO?

Yes, the SEO guarantee gives a full refund if there are no new patients or leads within 180 days after the first SEO changes go live. It does not promise rankings or AI recommendations; see the written guarantee.
