Urgent care

Can patients find your hours and book from a phone?
Urgent care website design for booking.

WTM Studio builds custom urgent care websites for centers and groups nationwide, with hours, address and a clear way to get seen at the top of every page. You see a free homepage concept first, then we agree the scope and one flat quote in writing.

See the direction first. Most sites launch in 2 to 4 weeks after approval.

What does an urgent care website from WTM cost?

It is a custom quote, based on your centers, services and pages. You see a free homepage concept first. Then we agree the scope and one flat quote in writing before design and build, with no required retainer. See how we price on our pricing page.

What a good urgent care website has to do

People come to an urgent care site because something is wrong today. They want three answers fast: are you open, where are you, and can they come in or book. Put hours, address and a call or visit button at the top, and design for phones first.

Each center needs its own location page with its hours, address, map link, phone number and the services that center offers. If one center does X-rays and another does not, say so on each page. For groups, keep hours and services in one place so a change shows up everywhere.

Make the visit path plain. If your front desk system supports online booking or saving a spot, the button should go straight there. If you welcome walk-ins, say so. Add a short, plain note near the top: if this is an emergency, call 911.

What we can show today

We build for healthcare practices. Our proof so far is from dental and one medical aesthetics group, not from urgent care. Here is what is public.

Northside Dental, a Chicago family and cosmetic dental practice, got a 26-page rebuild with seven service lines, doctor profiles, insurance guidance, appointment requests and tap-to-call. Its public case study states: 20%+ more new patients in the first month (57 vs a prior average of 47, practice-reported). This client-reported change is not a controlled test of the website's impact or a prediction of future results.

For an unnamed 9-location dental group, we built a new website, location pages and online booking through the Patient Growth System. Group-reported: 18+ new patients in month one, and in month two new patients ran 17% above the group's usual monthly growth. For Back to 30, a four-clinic medical aesthetics group in Upstate South Carolina, we did a 94-page rebuild with 44 treatment pages, four location pages and booking and consultation paths.

Urgent care runs differently from those practices. We would start by showing you a design direction, then ask which system your front desk uses for visits, so booking connects to it.

If you are still working out what is wrong with your current site, read why urgent care websites lose walk-in and booking visits. If you are choosing how to build, read custom urgent care website vs template or platform. Other healthcare niches we can build for are at healthcare websites. We also build for veterinary practices.

Fair questions, straight answers

How much does an urgent care website cost?

It is a custom quote. You see a free homepage concept first, then we agree the scope and one flat quote in writing, with no required retainer. See pricing.

Can you build for several urgent care locations?

Yes. We have built location pages for a 9-location dental group and a four-clinic medical aesthetics group, and we would plan one page per center with its own hours, address and services.

Do you have urgent care experience?

Not yet. We build for healthcare practices. Our proof so far is from dental and one medical aesthetics group, not from urgent care, and we will not claim results we do not have.

How fast can we launch, and what do I see first?

You see a free homepage concept first. Most sites launch in 2 to 4 weeks after the design direction is approved.
